Office Opening Celebration
The BlueFloat Energy & Renantis Partnership team wanted to celebrate their new Edinburgh office opening in a sustainable way.
It was important that this event was delivered in the most sustainable way possible, so we worked hard to meet the brief.
A specially designed 50-mile menu was designed where all the ingredients used to make the canapes and welcome cocktails were sourced within a 50-mile radius of the event location in Edinburgh. Attendee gifts were beautiful laptop covers which were made using recycled transition piece covers from an offshore wind farm. The podium was made from a wind turbine blade that was situated on a wind farm in Scotland. We even sourced a local guitarist - he worked in the building across the road!
Bright Green Events managed all event logistics, suppliers, event invitations, registration, attendee communications and briefings for this event.
