Event concept development and theming

Tell us your vision and we’ll do all the hard work – brainstorming ideas, researching the theme and going out to our suppliers to bring your vision to life. We’ll create a mood board of décor, entertainment, speakers, props and set design ideas to allow us to creatively visualise the event.

 

Strategy development

What do you want to achieve from this event? How do you want people to feel? What are the key messages? We’ll make recommendations as to how these objectives can be achieved in creative ways and ensure everything we do through the event planning process, links to the event strategy and objectives.

 

Event management and logistics

Anyone who has organised an event before, knows it’s a whole lot of work. We’ll venue search, contract and negotiate with your chosen venue, we’ll liaise with all event vendors (production, catering, AV etc), apply for any licenses and permits, risk assess, book travel and accommodation and put in place any security measures. We’ll oversee the whole event build and de-rig, and manage the full event on the day.

 

Design

Memorable branding enhances the reputation of your event and drives engagement. From brand identity development and large-format branding, through to the creation of merchandise and digital signage; we can take care of all event design needs.

 

Technical production

Event production can transform a space from dull and boring, to the extraordinary. We will work with our AV partners to put in place the right level of production for your event – whether that be some uplighters and a PA system, or full-blown stage set for multiple performances with immersive lighting, motion graphics and live-camera. Our producer will work closely with you to build the show schedule, script-write, brief all performers and show-call on the day to ensure the whole production is seamless, impactful, and engaging.

 

Content creation

You can have a beautiful stage set, but it is the content that will take it to the next level and give guests an unforgettable experience. We can create videos, motion and static graphics that amplify your brand and bring it to life through the event production.

 

Web and app design

Events are increasingly embracing digital. Not only does this open a world of possibility in terms of audience engagement, but it reduces environment impact. Working with experienced app and web developers, we can create bespoke registration systems, microsites, and event apps, or utilise one of many off-the-shelf products that can be fully branded and customised for your event.

 

On-the-day event management

We like to take the stress out of events by ensuring every single detail is taken care of to allow our clients to relax and enjoy the event. From friendly check-in staff to event managers making sure that every element of the event is brought together at the right time – we ensure guests have the most wonderful experience.
